CENTER ART CLASSES |

| New Multi-media Art Classes (charcoal, watercolor, acrylics) taught by Celeste Benson will begin on May 12. Then continue each Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for six weeks. Cost $18 for members and $25 non-members. Space limited to 12 students. Advance sign up is required. 258-7823 |
Artist Army Kirschbaum's Monday painting class
will meet if there is sufficient interest. Classes are
$12 per session and meet from 1:00 to 3:30 PM each
Monday. Media choices are oil, acrylic and
watercolor. New and returning students should call Army or the Center to sign up. For more information, please call Army at 338-1554. |
| Portrait artist Phil McGuire teaches portraits and still lifes on Friday afternoons from 12:30 to 3:30. Phil charges $10 per class and works in pastels or charcoal. You can "drop in" any Friday. An extra $1 is charged when a live model is used. Phil is at 277-4636. | The Watercolor Group gets together Noon to 5 PM on Wednesdays, on-going. Drop in any time and get help with your projects from other watercolor artists, or just enjoy the conversations while you paint! |

Open Art Room The art room is open on Thursday
nights from 5:00PM to 8:00PM for all Center artists to
enjoy. Come paint and enjoy the company of other senior
artists as you work. No formal instruction is provided
but you can always get helpful suggestions on your
project while you enjoy the room's great lighting. |
