Keeping fit and limber is one way to improve and maintain physical and mental health. The Center offers many fitness programs for self-directed individuals or group participation.

Program Rules

Fitness/Weight Room HOURS are:

One Simple Monthly Fee: $40 for Both Fitness Classes AND Fitness Room Use. The one simple monthly fee includes attending as many classes as you like and daily use of the fitness (weight) room after submitting a current Liability Waiver form and when following the posted usage rules. Please pay at Accounting between 10am to 3pm and keep your punched fitness card or per visit receipt. Members may sign in to the fitness program using the touch screen computers located at the main and west entrances to the building.

Monthly Fitness Fee is $40.00, $15.00 to qualified low income member, and free to 90 and 90+ . Monthly Fee must be paid on or prior to 5th of every month however, ASAC offers a one month discount if you make a one year lump sum payment (You pay $440 instead of $480). One day Pass: $10.00 per day for members and $13.00 per day for non-members as trial. One day pass fee must be paid prior to participating in fitness classes and/or working out in Fitness Room. Locker Room Rentals: Shower $50.00, Locker large $35.00, Locker small $30.00. Any question and/or concerns, please contact Fitness Manager.

Use of the Fitness area which includes the weight and aerobic rooms and is for members who pay an additional fees for the fitness program.

Lockers may be purchased yearly or monthly according to the posted notices through the Fitness Committee.

You must sign in to an attendance sheet either in the Fitness room or Aerobics room.
